You have 30 days from purchase to return any item. It needs to be unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To start a return, email info@evocsports.us. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Don't ship anything back without that confirmation first, it won't be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Give your bank 10-14 days to post it. Used or incomplete items that can't be resold as new are subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.

Shopping for these smaller bike bags is always challenging when you can’t pick them up and inspect them to make sure they will meet your needs. The construction is solid and nice looking. The zip seems durable and easy to use. But ultimately I won’t be using this bag. Reasons? It is just a bit too small, and that’s on me as EVOC rep did respond quickly to give me requested dimensions. But I don’t like to strap bags to my bikes (personal pref) and this bag was a pain to fasten to the top tube due to very tight elastic serving as the interior floor of the bag. That should be made easier. Finally, the company chose to set two fixed holes (matching placement on my Synapse, BTW) for the attachment points rather than the smarter slots that I normally find. Slots allow you to move the placement of the bag where you want it—closer to the stem for example. Unfortunately, the bag is short of my stem by a good 4 inches when I would prefer it to be tight. I assumed slots and failed to ask. My bad. But really…I never expected absence of slots given the high price point. Oh well. Live and learn. Summary: Bag=5 stars but the practical issues and high price drop it down to 3.
