Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns must be in new condition, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Starting a return

Visit the Evoc Sports Contact Form to start your return. You will need to provide:

• Your Name
• Contact info
• Country
• Order number
• Item
• Reason for return

We'll notify you once your return has been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 days for your bank to process the refund.

A restocking fee of at least 15% will be deducted from the refund for any returned item that's used or incomplete and can't be resold as new.

Returns with Affirm

To make a return, follow the return instructions above. Once approved, the refund will be processed within three to ten business days in Affirm. Processed refunds are irreversible.

If you've already made payments on a purchase you're returning, Affirm will not refund any interest paid. Affirm also will not refund Evoc the discount rate or transaction fee charged on the original sale. An additional fee beyond the restocking fee may apply to cover these costs.

If Evoc issues a partial refund, your Affirm loan balance is reduced by that amount. If Evoc issues store credit instead of a refund, you're still responsible for paying the full original purchase amount to Affirm.
