Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.  All we ask is that your returns be in new condition, unused with all tags and have the original packaging intact. 

*Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Ready to start a return? Contact us at info@evocsports.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where you can send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’ll notify you once the order has been received, inspected, and approved.  Once approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method.  Please keep in mind it can take 10-14 days for your bank to process the refund to your account.

*A restocking fee of at least 15% will be deducted from the refund for all returns of used or incomplete items that evocsports.us can’t resell as a new item.

How do returns work with Affirm?

To make a return, follow the return instructions above.  Once approved, the refund will be processed within three to 10 business days in Affirm. Processed refunds are irreversible.

If a customer making a return has already made payments, Affirm will not refund the interest the customer paid. Similarly, Affirm will not refund EVOC the discount rate or transaction fee to the merchant for a return. You may incur an additional fee to the restocking fee to cover these costs.

In the case EVOC issues a partial refund, the customer will see their loan balance reduced by the partial amount. If EVOC issues a store credit instead of a refund, the customer will still be responsible for paying the total amount of the original purchase to Affirm.
