Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders:

  • US customers get free ground shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a $9.99 flat rate.
  • Canada customers get free ground shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more. Orders under $150 CAD ship for $14.99 flat rate.

We currently ship within the continental US and Canada only. We can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Canada orders typically ship via Canada Post ground service. We reserve the right to use a different carrier if needed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping may be delayed around holidays.

Order Tracking

You'll get an email confirmation with your order number, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order ships.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the ship date for a replacement or refund.
