Purchased this bag to transport a triathlon bike and it fell apart after a single use. This is the 4th new Evoc bag we bought - the rest being mtn bike bags. This one was defective ( rivets that hold the bag together were never crimped & attached property. Our bag was professionally assembled by a Cervelo dealer. While rolling the bag, with the wheel assembly, exactly as illustrated by the instruction manual the rivets were backing out of the bottom and snagging on the ground as they slowly fell out. I emailed, sent photos &sent messages for Evoc and they simply replied too bad, we could purchase parts to fix the defect and ultimately - go pound sand. Evoc is a company that we have paid a premium for because the products have been good and support has been great. This is not true any longer. At a time where the bike industry has taken its lumps, this was a real surprise for how long-time customers are being treated. We are severely disappointed and will never spend another penny on their brand. This bag may be a good product if the assembly parts are tightened down but we will never know.
