Good quality but not good coverage

The material feels durable. Unfortunately, it did not attach securely to my fat bike, so I knew it would flap all over the place on my 1UP hitch rack. I returned it for a refund. On that note, EVOC does not offer a return label you can pay for. When I tried to ship the exact same box back to them, shipping was quoted at $84 because of the size. I cut the box down and was able to get the cost down to $30, but that's still quite a hit to take for a return.
