EVOC CASE PRO AND EVOC CASE

i bought two cases from them. evoc case pro, and evoc travel bag. we have used them 3-4 times. almost all the rivets broke on the pro. the evoc travel bag is collapsing and the front wheel assembly broke. Nicole in Germany will not stand behind the products and ignore my e-mails. the guys in the u.s. are not helpful either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. too see the pictures.. go evoc on Germany's website look at google review and you will the pictures. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Stand Damage x 2

Out of the 6 times i've flown with this bag, TWICE the bike stand has been bent, making it impossible to adjust for bikes with different wheelbases. the aluminum is extremely week. thank god my bike wasn't damaged!

Easy to Travel With and Pack

I traveled to Steamboat Gravel with this bag. I found it easy to move through the airport. The wheels make it a joy to move around. It was easy to pack and it did an excellent job protecting my bike. The stand makes setting up your bike easy. I would give it five stars if it were not for how hard it can be to get the stays to properly seat in their slots.

A+ functionality but could be more durable

This is my second Bike Bag Pro and the inclusion of the bike stand pro is a huge upgrade over my 9 year old Pro with the molded plastic insert. I will likely purchase another soon so my wife and I can both travel with our bikes in this newer version.
Packing is super easy. the bike stand pro is amazing and I can't believe I went all those years without it. My only complaint is that Delta managed to tear the fabric on the top and side of this bag on my very first trip. My old bag is also torn up from years of travel and I had hoped that a more durable fabric was part of the evolution of EVOC's product line.
Can I give 4.5 stars?!? in all of my years traveling with a soft bike travel bag, my bikes have always arrived without damage. EVOC is a great brand with a great product that is worth the price.

Fabulous bag but the stays need work

I love the rack, the ease of packing, and the easy roll through the airport, but putting the support stays in the front and rear is WAY too difficult. Not sure why the slots they slide into have to be that tight. They are so hard to get in that I will never take them out to collapse the bag for storage. I have a dozen fiberglass splinters in my hands and fingers from installing the support stays.
