The Evoc TPU Strap is an elastic strap for mounting bikepacking bags and loose gear to your frame, fork, or bars. It comes in 23, 35, and 40 cm lengths. Use it as a replacement for a strap that's gone missing, or add a few to carry something your bag doesn't have a home for.

It's molded from thermoplastic polyurethane, the same class of material used for frame guards. It stretches under load, comes back, doesn't go brittle in cold or turn to jelly in heat.

  • Padded contact surface protects frame finish
  • Holds without slipping
  • Elastic stretches to fit tube shapes and load sizes
  • 100% thermoplastic polyurethane
  • Three lengths for different mounting points
  • Works as a replacement part for EVOC bikepacking bags or as a standalone add-on
  • 23 cm — 1.5 × 23 × 0.5 cm, 12 g
  • 35 cm — 1.5 × 35 × 0.6 cm, 16 g
  • 40 cm — 1.5 × 40 × 0.7 cm, 18 g

Material: Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers 100%
Color: Black

Which length do I need? The 23 works on smaller-diameter tubing: top tubes, seatposts, seat stays. The 35 is the general-purpose length for down tubes, fork legs, and most bag mounting points. The 40 covers oversized down tubes, bar-and-cargo bundles. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up. You can always trim the longer strap down to your preferred length.

Will it damage my frame? The frame-facing buckle is padded to help reduce the risk of abrasion. However, any strap has the potential to mar your paint finish. We always recommending cleaning your frame and applying a clear piece of 3M protective film under the strap to safegaurd your bikes finish.

Is it sold individually or as a pair? Sold individually. Order one per mounting point.

Can I use it for something other than a bag? Yes. Pump, tube, spare layer, anything you'd otherwise zip-tie or bungee to the frame.

How tight does it need to be?Snug is enough. The material grips at low tension, so over-tightening isn't necessary to keep a load from shifting.
