Orders placed before 3 PM PST Monday through Friday ship from Reno, NV the same day. Orders after cutoff or placed on weekends ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves.
Free ground shipping on orders over $75 to the continental US. Orders $75 and under ship for $9.99 flat.

You have 30 days from purchase to return any item. It needs to be unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To start a return, email info@evocsports.us. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Don't ship anything back without that confirmation first, it won't be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Give your bank 10-14 days to post it. Used or incomplete items that can't be resold as new are subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.

Had my first bag stolen and had to buy another. In my opinion one of the best bags available. Brace/padding is comfortable, plenty of pockets for bike tools and enough room for jackets, and other needed goods for a 1-2 day bike ride. I use(d) my bag on most rides and it’s held up for many years - I think I had my bag for approx 10years and everything was still functioning: buckles, zippers, elastic and hook and loop Velcro. I will continue to purchase goods from evoc.
