I've had this pack almost 3 years now and use it regularly to haul gear plus a chainsaw. It has carried everything needed for all kind of trailwork excursions, from short and long handle tools to electric string trimmers and everything in between, but it is used mostly as a saw mule. I appreciate all the pockets and organization. I really like the main compartment zipper pulls - this bag gets stuffed with chaps, wedges, FAK, and other gear and sometimes it takes some wrestling to close it but you can pull hard on those zippers. I also like the easy buckle/unbuckle of the all metal waist belt - so much better than a plastic snap-buckle in my view. Finally, the pocket for carrying the saw works really well for me. It's a cinch to quickly load or unload the saw and have it securely held. The bag carries loads up to 25 lbs nice and securely for me on hikes and mountain bike rides to access work sites. There are many more things I like, and really nothing that bugs me - one of the best purpose-built packs I have ever owned.
